Alle Nadeln an der Tanne plot

Maria Koslowski's life is turned completely upside down when her brother Moritz, with whom she has not had contact for years, suddenly shows up at the door shortly before Christmas. As a photographer, Moritz has seen every corner of the world, but has suffered a traumatic brain injury in a car accident, resulting in a personality disorder, and is urgently required for help. Maria has enough problems herself: the marriage with her husband is in the doldrums, their son Felix thinks family is stupid and their adolescent daughter Emily wants to go to India to save the world.
