Le Retour à la Raison plot
Experimental film, in which Man Ray extended his experiments with photography to the moving image, by sprinkling salt and pepper on one piece of film or pins on another. The result is white dots and shapes spinning over a black background, a lightly striped torso, a spinning egg crate. The last part introduces his legendary model, Kiki of Montparnasse, naked, her body illuminated in streaks of light. One of the first Dadaist films.
