Green Bank Pastoral plot

The sleepy village of Green Bank in the US National Radio Quiet Zone is a huge draw for people with electrohypersensitivity (EHS). The reason: in Green Bank there is an observatory of five radio telescopes, which can only operate without electromagnetic radiation in the vicinity. Cell phones and laptops are therefore prohibited here. Some residents have moved more than thirty times before they arrived here. They hope that this radiation-free place is the refuge where they finally find peace.
