The entire film was shot in one location in the woods of Soest. Each day, 10 minutes of footage was shot, and the recordings were completed within 8 days. Initially, the attack on the German garrison was to be filmed in its entirety, but budget constraints prevented this, among other things. The film was scheduled for a limited theatrical release in April 2020. The pandemic forced all cinemas to close. After months of delays, it was decided to release the film on Video on Demand. On October 23, it appeared on Amazon Prime Video. This was the first self-produced film from the Netherlands to be released on a major streaming platform. During the violent interrogation scene between the Oberleutnant and Abraham, actor Roy van Kleef accidentally punched the bound Peter Nillesen in the face. The take in question was used for the film.
If you expect a war movie with a lot of action, then you better ignore this production. Personally, I quite enjoyed myself with this mysterious thriller. Especially considering that it was made on a very low budget. So you can't expect much more. Far from a top movie, but reasonably entertaining.

Shortly after the invasion of Normandy, the British mr. French [Francis Cox] puts together a unit consisting of 7 Dutch resistance fighters.
