De Dood van een Sandwichman plot

Jean-Pierre "Jempi" Monseré was a Belgian cyclist who became world champion among the pros in 1970. In 1971 his life came to an abrupt end during the Grote Jaarmarktprijs in Retie as a light preparation for the cycling classic Milan-San Remo. The cycling Monseré collided with a car and died on the spot. In 'Death of a Sandwichman' we follow the funeral ceremony of Monseré.
