Inside the Murder Trial: The Disappearance of Margaret Fleming plot

The documentary follows the trial of Edward Cairney and Avril Jones, accused of the murder of 35-year-old Margaret Fleming. The viewer gets a view of the work of the police, but also of the defending party. The vulnerable woman was taken care of by Cairney and Jones in a remote house on the Scottish coast. An interrogation of Margaret's friends and family reveals that they have not seen her since 1999. Cairney and Jones are suspected of murdering her and collecting her benefits for 16 years.
