A Perfect Enemy plot

The successful architect Jeremiasz Angust is approached at the airport by a girl named Texel Textor. She seems like a strange young woman who goes in search of victims to listen to her stories. It is because of her that Jeremy misses his flight and the woman just sticks to him. Perhaps for a reason, because while their meeting may seem like a coincidence, something sinister is going on.

Based on a novel where the main character meets another man. In the film, Jermiasz Angust meets the young Dutch and talkative Texel Textor. From that point on, the story creates several plot twists that may have been predictable from the start, but on the other hand come as a surprise. In any case, towards the end you are busy tying the strings together. In fact, the bottom line is that Texel represents Jermiasz's guilty conscience, after he killed his wife 20 years ago when she was pregnant. Texel appears as Jermiasz's guilt, and the daughter he might have had. The fight scene towards the end of the film determines whether Jermiasz will be consumed by this guilt or whether he will overcome it. In the end he manages to overcome it.

The story is reasonably developed in that area, and the acting performances provide a pleasant viewing experience. Still, you keep asking yourself if Jermiasz forgives himself, or is just a total sociopath?
