The Backwater Gospel plot
In the small town of Backwater, the God-fearing residents live in constant terror from the regular visits of the obscure and ever-silent undertaker. They know that every time he comes to town, death comes. All fear they could be next. The town priest and the faithful believe that the lone atheist in Backwater, a cheerful carefree bum, brings death. It seems that when he sings, the undertaker comes to visit. But is he really the one responsible for their accident?
