Chi-oe-beob-gwon plot
Seoul. In a short time a number of teenage girls disappear without a trace. The police suspect that the leader of a popular cult is behind the kidnappings, but are afraid to prove it because of the cult leader's close ties to prominent political leaders. At their wits' end, two misfits within the police force are tasked with tackling the cult leader.
