Childhood nostalgia this Silly Symphony. A step forward in Technicolor and good for an Academy Award as the first animated film in the new category of best animated short film. For me, the Silly Symphonies are the first video clips with a short film completely tailored to the music. Music by Frank Churchill, who also created Disney's first full-length films and did well at the Oscars.
