This thrillingly delivered prologue to the feature film The Occupant offers no additional insights and takes place before the events of the film. The only connection is a helicopter crash and a survivor contacted by John, a scene also recreated in the film. Furthermore, this short opens the door to speculation about the extraterrestrial origin of the stone.
