Lights Out plot

"You shouldn't go to sleep tonight."

A woman is about to go to bed. When she turns off the light in the hallway, she sees a female silhouette at the end of the hallway. When she turns the light back on, the figure is gone. But when she turns off the light again, the figure has come closer. She decides to tape the light switch so that it stays on and goes to bed and crawls all the way under the covers.

This is indeed creepy. Apparently also a feature film with the same director? But this one scene is the essence. Very recognizable actually. I'm a night owl myself and check whether everything looks OK before I go upstairs. And then I turn off the light and go upstairs in the dark. What if someone is there too? ... I might have to think about this video later Small, but very effective. Sort of the same as the film "It follows", horror starting from ordinary situations.
