Unofficial sequel to Riki-Oh: The Story of Ricky. In the year 2200, water has become a very precious commodity. Most of the water supply is managed by an evil general (Ka-Yan Leung) and his trio of bodyguards. However, their plan seems to be thwarted by a scientist who has found a way to purify water, but the general has his henchmen kill the scientist.
