“The Beatles: Get Back” takes audiences back in time to the band's January 1969 recording sessions, which became a pivotal moment in music history. The docuseries shows the Beatles' creative process as they attempt to compose 14 new songs. Facing a near-impossible deadline, the strong bonds of friendship between John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr are put to the test.The docuseries is composed of nearly 60 hours of unseen footage shot in 21 days and also includes - for the first time in its entirety - The Beatles' last live performance as a group, the unforgettable rooftop concert on London's Savile Row.

A huge Beatles fan at this stage of their career. That said, this is quite detailed and long.

I know that quite a bit has already been cut out, but for me it could have been a bit slimmer.

Still, I can't give it less than 4 stars, if only to see how some of my favorite Beetles are assembled on the spot. Magnificent to watch.

Just like the song "Hey Jude". It just goes on and on.

It's a long sit. Certainly interesting for a Beatles lover. But there is also a lot of repetition. What do you expect with so much material. Jackson has taken control in a fantastic way. So much happens in the first two episodes. Unfortunately, there is too little variation to keep it entertaining the whole time. The third episode is the best and works towards that great performance on the roof. Incredibly ironic that this is their last performance together.

Very long. Maybe even too long. But gives a good insight into the creation of the "Let it Be" album and how the band broke up.
