Victoria plot

In the desert of Southern California lies a city that was never finished: California City was supposed to be as big as Los Angeles, but it lies unfinished and abandoned. It's a place that fits big dreams that just don't work out; with people who are looking for a new and better life, but are stranded on the spot. Not coincidentally, the place where Lashay can be found, a young man who softens the disappointing reality with a dose of playful fiction. He symbolizes the city that had yet to reinvent itself and tries to escape the disappointing reality.
