"The only and last national ice hockey team now makes its first challenge."

During the preparations for the Asian Winter Games 2003 in Aomori (Japan), ex-ice hockey player Dae-woong is tasked with forming a female ice hockey team for South Korea. He can draw on a motley crew, including a figure skater, a housewife who used to play field hockey, and a short track speed skater. The only one with some experience is Ji-won, who played for that country's national team before fleeing North Korea.
