Documentary about the bloody battle of Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte against drug dealers and drug users in his country. This documentary focuses on President Duterte's relentless campaign against anyone closely involved with drugs in the Philippines. Although the president initially received acclaim for his 'war on drugs', the safe conduct he seems to be giving to the security forces is causing unrest. The poor population of the city in particular becomes convinced that the president's campaign is a war against the poor. The makers of this documentary travel with the police through the streets of Manila, investigating the truth of the extrajudicial killings that the police are accused of.
