In the tumultuous years following the great 1923 Kanto earthquake, a group of female sumo wrestlers travel through Japan. The story of this true history is interwoven with that of a clandestine, anarchist organization. Both groups fight for equality, but the way in which - popular entertainment versus terrorism - differs like night and day.
