Lap Rouge plot

Two brothers live with their elderly mother in the south of France. Once, against their will, they emigrated at a young age because mother 'couldn't stand it anymore'. One works at a butcher's shop, the other at a car junkyard. They are both in love with their girl next door Julie and suffer from their dominant and stubborn mother. They lead an isolated existence, and cannot or do not want to be part of normal society.
