Mad Mom plot
Amber Vickers is soon to be married to her beloved Luke and is very much looking forward to their wedding. She has gone through a few failed relationships and started to think she was doing something wrong herself. Jill, Luke's mother and also Amber's best friend, sees in Amber the perfect daughter she never had herself. The trouble starts when Amber's mother Sharon arrives for a visit. She turns out to be the exact opposite of Jill. What started as a nice first meeting between in-laws, turns into a weekend full of misery.

Surprising thrillerke, I don't understand the very low score. It was quite an exciting movie. Mother Sharon played her role very convincingly. "At times" even had pity and understanding for her, not on the whole line of course;) she had something good, but especially creepy and dangerous about her, well done. Unfortunately, I had little sympathy for mother-in-law Jill, who had to play the victim. Was this the intention of the movie? Daughter and son-in-law walk a bit like bacon and beans throughout the film, their role is not special, but necessary for the story.
