Pedjuang plot

Around 1947, Lieutenant Amin's platoon is charged with preserving a strategic bridge. Irma lives nearby, with whom he falls in love. Sergeant Major Imron also has a crush on her. When Amin is wounded, he has the troops leave the Dutch-occupied village. Corporal Seno suspects that Imron wants to get rid of Amin to get Irma. To prove that this is not the case, Imron decides to free Amin from Dutch captivity.
