Hadiah Tromp knows for sure after she has completed the first grueling training period: a job in the navy is not for her. But when Hadiah catches her boyfriend with another, she steps aboard the frigate for her further education. There she has to deal with the strict but handsome Sergeant Major Paul Borremans.

The film goes in all directions, is never really well developed and those separate tones also weaken each other. Is there a dramatic part, is it built up to the climax, the next moment you have the idea of being in a lame comedy. Very mediocre acting too, as if the local drama club has been summoned and there is the feeling of a school trip everywhere. In any case, the behavior and actions of Miss Tromp that only occur in these kinds of films (with your suitcase too late and stumbling and already participating in a ceremony for example). And Peter Heerschop is not to be taken seriously anyway. Leenheer is sweet and attractive and the music is nice, but that's the only thing. 1.0*.
