Huai Dan Bi Xu Si plot
Qiangzi teaches Chinese at a primary school in Busan (South Korea). With his younger brother and two friends, he takes a vacation trip to Jeju Island. On the way they come across a car that has hit a tree. Behind the wheel is an injured woman. When they take her to the hospital, they become entangled in a web of murder and kidnapping.
