A completely uninteresting horror film that receives a massive failing grade on every level. The kills are subpar, there's no suspense, the story is weak, the acting is weak, there's no atmosphere... and then there's a terribly annoying conclusion at the end in the form of a long, boring exposition. 2/10 The beginning was decent.

A Halloween thriller with remarkably good acting and several graphic murders, even though the story is (naturally) wafer-thin and the visuals somewhat sparse. Director Bryan Coyne doesn't mince his words with the poster, but nevertheless takes the time to get to the heart of the matter. Essentially, it's nothing more than two girls going house after house, killing the residents inside, yet Coyne manages to present it all entertainingly enough. The chemistry between Brea Grant and Graham Skipper is believable, and the running time isn't excessive, but on the other hand, there's not much atmosphere or tension. After a bit of patience, the viewer is thankfully rewarded with the final escalation; everything before that feels more like a hit or miss. Without the very last 10 minutes, which are completely superfluous, this film could have received a passing grade.
