Not Alone plot
Jacqueline Monetta is a girl of 18. She is driven by a desire to understand why her best friend committed suicide at the age of 16. She comes into contact with teenagers who struggle to talk about their mental illness and suicide attempts. Through her intimate person-to-person interviews, Jacqueline and the public learn how to get help with depression, anxiety, self-mutilation, attempted suicide, and how to treat mental illness. As their stories unfold, they assure the public that mental illnesses, such as physical ailments, can and should be cured.
