De Dag Dat Mijn Huis Viel plot

In a vast no man's land, the three brothers Hein, Pé and Roemer live together with their elderly mother Hillie. Remarkable figures, living in a crooked house. Every year the house is pulled back upright by hand. This has been going well for a long time, until Mother abruptly leaves for the warm south. The nestlings are for the first time dependent on themselves and each other. The further Hillie is from home, the more skewed the relations between the brothers. And the more skewed the proportions, the more the house tilts. Is there anything left to save?
