Noir Enigma plot

In Paris, a young student is shot dead on the doorstep of the city's most famous patisserie. Inspector Rousseau and his colleague Mariella De Luca are assigned to the investigation. It soon seems as if the perfect murder was committed here: the murder weapon is missing, there is not a single suspect and the victim's private life offers no useful trace either.
