Meng Chai Ren plot

Wong Ging Sing is a puny police officer who is only allowed to direct traffic. However, he is a huge fan of American action movies and dreams of one day solving a serious case of his own. When he gets involved in a bank robbery, he sees his chance to make his dream come true. The reality soon turns out to be more complex than the action movies that Sing is such a fan of.
