Mu Ji Zhe plot
Nine years ago, journalist Hsiao-chi witnessed an accident when his car broke down. It happened on a stormy night, where the driver was killed and the female passenger went into a coma. Hsiao-chi took pictures of the license plate of the fleeing perpetrator of the accident, but the pictures were too blurry to be used as evidence. Years later, Hsiao-chi learns that his used car is associated with that accident and begins his search for the truth.
