Céline, 30, is released on parole after having spent several years in jail. She gets an ankle bracelet and goes to live with her mother and stepfather. She soon finds a job as a receptionist in a hotel in Paris. Initially, contact with her colleagues is very difficult. Céline wants to hide her past from her colleagues at all costs and she makes up one lie after another.
