Ten Years plot
"Five Hong Kong Stories, One Undesirable Future."
Omnibus film with five stories that give a picture of Hong Kong 10 years in the future. In Extras we see how two petty criminals are hired to disrupt a political meeting. Season of the End shows two hobbyists collecting material from things that have been destroyed. Dialect is about a taxi driver who is no longer allowed to pick up people near the airport because of his old-fashioned Cantonese dialect. In Self-Immolator, we get a picture of a young man who set himself on fire outside the British Consulate and Local Egg shows the problems of a grocer as he tries to sell local products in Hong Kong.
