Hummus the Movie plot

Hummus is made from chickpeas, tahini (sesame paste), garlic, lemon juice, oil and salt. These ingredients are pureed in the food processor and then it is ready to serve with a piece of bread. This simple yet delicious dish is a link between Jews, Christians and Arabs all over the world, because no matter how great the differences, the love for hummus is widely shared. This intimate film portrays three colorful people: a hard-working Muslim woman, an ever-smiling Jew and a young Arab Christian. They have one thing in common: they love hummus.
