Roodkapje: Een Modern Sprookje plot

In the modern version of the well-known fairy tale by the Brothers Grimm, the classic story is told in a contemporary way. Suus Voorthuizen (Julia Akkermans) is a nice, smart girl. Because Suus invariably wears a red baseball cap, she is often called 'Red Riding Hood'. She is training as a hairdresser, but secretly dreams of a career as a singer-songwriter. Together with pianist Jasper de Jager (Beau Schneider) she forms the duo 'Roodkapje'. When they participate in a talent show in Amsterdam Noord, they steal the show with a beautifully sung ballad. And if it turns out that two scouts from 'The Voice of Holland' are present in the audience, Suus and Jasper are in heaven. They are invited to participate in the talent show, but then they fall into the hands of a shady manager and everything goes differently than planned.
