Broken Horses plot

Violinist Jacob Heckum returns to his rural town to visit his mentally challenged brother Buddy. There he learns that Buddy works for Julius Hench, a mobster who has turned Buddy into a killing machine. Jake wants his brother to get out of the gang and go with him to New York.
