April Fools plot
Ayumi Nitta suffers from social phobia and is extremely shy and afraid of other people. She works as a janitor at a hospital and one day has a fling with sex-addicted surgeon Wataru Makino. She later finds out that she got pregnant because of this and she tells Makino, who thinks this is a bad April 1st joke of hers.
