Rebelse Stad plot

Rebelse Stad shows how a small group of young people in Amsterdam in the sixties, with anarchistic zest and playful actions, lure power from its tent, drive the police and mayor to despair, give youth a voice and change the Netherlands forever. Provo unintentionally becomes the mouthpiece of the desire for change. The documentary revives the period in which post-war young people say goodbye to their parents' war years for good.
