Inspector Hornleigh is sent by Scotland Yard to investigate an army theft. Together with his regular assistant Sergeant Bingham, he ends up on another track: that of a dentist. If the dental hygienist is found dead, the matter becomes even more complex. The detective duo has to deal with Nazis.
