Pfrrrt, those indie Brits. They remain terribly far behind the Americans in terms of level. Redwood Massacre is yet another painful proof of the powerlessness in the slasher genre. Tormented by terribly irritating characters, complete non-logic in everything they do and say (who even goes camping with people they don't like?? Remains a bizarre cliché that I can't agree with). Only the scene where she has to struggle through the hanging corpses was nice, but it is also quickly destroyed by the simple camera work and the pale look that hangs over the entire film. Painfully boring, over-done and uninspired.

Although I love this kind of horror, such as the "wrong turn" series or "texas chainsaw massacre",

This movie really disappointed me.

Bloody indeed, but the murders were almost all according to the same pattern and how often

did that failed "Jason" have to cut people with his ax and then they wouldn't be dead yet? And that father, what does he get in between?

to increase the number of deaths a bit, certainly.

So hurry up to "Friday the 13th-part 502", it will be even better!

Oh gosh. These people are even more annoying and stupid than your average Geordie Shore twat. Have these people ever taken an acting class or were they picked straight off the street? The latter wouldn't surprise me.

Here I was once again rooting for 'Team Killer' and couldn't wait for him to get everyone. And while the killer is anything but scary; it doesn't look good and, let's face it, it's pretty boring. The characters were not only terribly stupid (Really, it couldn't get any dumber) but also completely annoying. The kills and gore are severely substandard and the obviously low-budget atmosphere is sad.

Pure waste of time.
