Boomerang plot
40-year-old Antoine has the feeling that he is going under. His growing obsession over his mother's unexplained death thirty years ago takes a heavy toll on his life. His wife left him, the relationship with his sister Agathe, the only person close to him, is collapsing, his children are confused and the whole family seems to turn against him. He knows he must face his past and confront his authoritarian father, who forbids anyone to speak about his wife's death. It's clear he's hiding something. Antoine decides to return to the scene of her death and, with the help of Angele, a free-spirited forensic investigator, shed light on the mystery.
