Sukhodol plot
A portrait of large landowners and their servants at the end of the nineteenth century in Russia. Natalia, a young and naive girl, works for the noble Krushevs, who own the village of the 'Dry Valley'. We see and experience her love, devotion to her superiors, mysticism, exile, betrayal and faith, as the Dry Valley slowly but surely disintegrates, as do the lives of its inhabitants.
