"You will pay for your sins."
A group of friends visit the morgue to surprise Amy (Danielle Harris) on her birthday. But the real surprise comes when they come face to face with psychopath Jacob Goodnight (Glenn Jacobs) when he unexpectedly emerges from the basement. Their wild party quickly turns into a terrifying carnage as the sadistic mass murderer resumes his wild rampage using hooks, surgical knives and electric saws.
