Narendra Chandra has done his schooling from Uttar Pradesh and Delhi. He did his XIIth from K.V. ( A.M.C.) Lucknow. further he did his graduation in History Honours from Kirori Mal College , Delhi and post graduation from the same college. He did his Ph.D. in History. He has written a few History and Sociology books.
