Trigger Point plot

A two-part series that digs deep into police culture to investigate the tragic chain of events set in motion when officers use firearms against the civilians they are sworn to protect. The second part documents changes in police operational training that drastically reduced the number of shootings. It also investigates one of the most controversial shootings in recent history.
