Anthropologist Alice Roberts and archaeologist Neil Oliver study the Celts - one of the world's most mysterious ancient civilizations. This three-part documentary explores the origins and beliefs of the Celts through artifacts and human remains across Europe. What emerges is not a portrait of savage people on the western edges of Europe, but a highly advanced tribal culture that influenced large parts of the ancient world - and even Rome.
