Survivorman plot

In the program, survival expert Les Stroud must survive for ten days (seven in seasons one to three) in extreme areas with virtually no water, food and equipment. He is all alone and has to film everything himself. He is left with only his clothes, cameras, his harmonica, a multi-tool or pocket knife and a few everyday items.
