Power Rangers Time Force plot

In the year 3000, the Time Force agency deals with the crimes of mutants, outcasts of society who have developed superpowers. Ransik, the most dangerous mutant, manages to travel back to 2001 with a prison full of cronies, just before killing the red Time Force Ranger Alex. The other Rangers follow him in search of Alex's ancestor Wes, who can unlock their powers. Together they fight Ransik, try to thwart his plans and try to stop Bio-Lab, the organization that will eventually create the mutants.
