Jessica Jones plot
Jessica Jones is a superhero. Due to a tragedy she had to say goodbye to that life early. However, Jessica is on her way back and is also starting to get her private life back in order. She also works as a private detective. Jessica is plagued by self-loathing and PTSD, but that doesn't stop her from battling her inner demons. She now uses her gifts to support those who need it most. Especially if they are willing to pay her a nice pocket money for it.

Ritter is very good, but the series fan already knew that (Veronica Mars, Dont trust the B in apartment 23 is what I miss the most). Enough reason to play the fanboy about this. I'm afraid of Tennant's limited acting talent, and the man who plays Luke Cage is also a wax figure. I am also very happy that this initially seems like a PI/Neo Noir series and not a superhero series. That dark edge does tm

I have nothing to do with Marvel at all, I've seen all the Avengers movies and I only have a thing for Guardians of the Galaxy, nice humor and I personally don't mind the rest.
Jessica Jones immediately stood out to me, nice morbid humor and a main character struggling with herself who deals with her surroundings nicely, yes that is my humor.
Season 1 continues nicely with a great bad guy like Kilgrave who is a perfect sparring partner and is often an annoying person.
Seasons 2 and 3, on the other hand, are a lot less, especially that posturing with Patsy as a wannabe hero and the urge to prove becomes tiring with every episode.
Season 3 does have a great bad guy but can't quite save the lesser story.
4 stars for the 1st season, the 2 remaining seasons I lowered from 3.5 to 3 stars.
