Miguel Garza has spent the past 20 years in Japan, following the murder of his parents when he was a child. Now he is a great financier and master of martial arts. He returns from Tokyo to his native Mexico to succeed his grandfather as the boss of a cartel where he faces two rivals.

Personally, I really enjoyed this series. I came across this one on Netflix by accident and the story had my attention. I decided to give it a chance and the first episode already made me want to continue watching this series. Before I knew it I had seen all the episodes.
The Garza family owns a drug empire in Mexico run by a grandfather. Because he is getting older, a successor has to be appointed. His son has died and his grandson lives in Japan. He is pre-eminently the right person. In particular, the series follows the story of this grandson Miguel.
The series contains all the elements that I like to see in a series. Love, drama, action and above all a good story and everything flows along at a good pace. I like that the series highlights different characters and everyone has their own story. The trick is to melt all these stories together and the director has done a great job.
Of course it also lacks parts. For example, Mexican is spoken in Japan. And there are still more things to question. But hey, it shouldn't spoil the fun. I would certainly recommend it to everyone to give it at least a chance if the above ingredients also appeal to you and you are willing to take the less realistic events for granted.
