El Ministerio del Tiempo plot

The Ministry of Time is the best kept secret of the state of Spain: an autonomous government agency that reports directly to the Prime Minister. The patrols must keep an eye on the doors of time so that no invaders from other eras can change history for their own benefit. The series follows the missions of the Ministry's newest patrol: that of the soldier Alonso de Entrerríos of the army of Flanders, the 19th century student Amelia Folch and the 21st century paramedic Julián Martínez.
