Snapped plot
About 16,000 people are killed in the United States each year. 7% of murderers are women. We follow these women who are suspected of murder. Are they really guilty? And if they are guilty why did they come to their act. Was it an adulterous husband, the prospect of a hefty sum from a life insurance policy, or did they want to end a period of years of abuse? The reasons are as varied as the women in question. Whether they are highly educated or not, they all have one thing in common: at some point, something snapped in them. Each episode follows the case of a woman suspected of murder.
